Air Force Academy, Colorado Springs — not Red Rocks

Falcon Stadium is on the USAF Academy campus north of Colorado Springs. It is a football bowl, not Red Rocks, not Ford Amphitheater, not Empower Field in Denver.

On the board: Bruno Mars, RAYE & DJ Pee.Wee (Sep 26–27), Air Force vs Navy (Oct 3), vs UNLV (Oct 17), vs UConn. A concert night and a Saturday kickoff are different maps and different gates. A Saturday Bruno ticket is not Sunday.

Concert vs football

End-stage concerts use a different floor than a midfield football setup. Sideline 100s and upper are different products. Academy security is not Empower Field security. Bring time. I-25 south of Denver is the drive.

Getting there

USAF Academy, Colorado Springs. Downtown Denver is about 70 minutes on a good night. Parking is a campus product. A Denver hotel is a drive, not a walk.
